The Dangers of 5G and Six Ways You Can Combat the Effects

If you live in a major city like I do, everywhere you look you may be seeing ominous looking towers popping up similar to the one in the featured image of this article.

So what exactly ARE these towers and what are they being used for ?

So glad you asked, these towers are being used to set up a 5G network across the country. In theory, 5G sounds amazing, it is being set up so you can receive lightning fast internet download times, unrestricted call volume and near infinite broadcasting capabilities. Sounds all good right?

Not so fast.

The 5G network has most scientists that understand the negative effects of EMF exposure on the human body shaking in their boots. The 5G network will not only increase radiation throughout our environment but we will also be bombarded by very high frequencies at low, short-range intensities, creating a very intense electrosmog that will wreak havoc on our health.

The reported dangers of low levels of radiation include:

  • DNA single and double strand breaks
  • oxidative damage
  • disruption of cell metabolism
  • increased blood brain barrier permeability
  • melatonin reduction
  • disruption to brain glucose metabolism
  • generation of stress proteins

5G will have even worse effects, including extremely harmful effects on our skin, eyes, immune system, cell growth and more. You can read more about the detrimental effects of 5G here.

This article is not meant to make you feel powerless against this assault on your body and mind. What I’d like to do is empower you to take control of your health as well as your family’s health, even if 5G is fully implemented

There are still ways you can protest the implementation of this technology, I will share a link at the bottom of this page and I urge you to speak out and write your politicians and try to prevent the 5G network from being implemented in your city.

Methods you can use to protect and mitigate the effects of 5G include: 

Fasting (Intermittent fasting (IF), Extended Fasts (EF), and protein fasting are all effective)

Fasting has been proven in studies to protect against all forms of radiation and is very beneficial for those undergoing chemo.

High quality magnesium

Magnesium is an extremely important nutrient that is used for over 300 enzyme processes in the body. It has been reported that over 80% of the population is deficient in magnesium because of our nutritionally depleted soil and poor diets.

According to Dr. Sircus, without sufficient magnesium, the body accumulates toxins and acid residues, degenerates rapidly, and ages prematurely and it is a crucial factor in the natural self-cleansing and detoxification response of the body.

The Iodine Protocol  

Iodine is a *critical* nutrient. In fact, it can be argued that it is one of the most overlooked and important minerals today. Over 90% of the population has been reported to be deficient in iodine, this is because there are competing “halides” including fluoride and bromine in our environment, food, and water that compete for receptors in our body.

Iodine helps protect and mitigate the effects of radiation on your thyroid and can also help turn on your brain, boost energy and offers a plethora of other health benefits.

C60

C60 is an extremely powerful antioxidant and is on the cutting edge of health and anti-aging. It is available for R&D purposes only and raw C60 must be emulsified in oil over a period of 2 weeks in order to safely ingest it (never ingest raw C60 or drink it in water).

A study that was published in 2012 was performed in order to explore the “toxic effects” of C60. What the researchers discovered is that C60 is in fact, is not toxic at all. A series of studies published in the Journal of Environmental and Public Health revealed that grounding, or walking around outside barefoot had many benefits including: reducing the electric fields induced on the body, reduction in overall stress levels, better sleep and more.

Walking around barefoot is extremely easy, convenient and free way to counteract the benefits of EMF exposure (among other health benefits). I highly recommend including this in your daily regimen.
